D language tutorial used ImportC functionality to automatically create bindings from c_api.h header file
Fixed strings literals, because in D they are already 0-terminated

Add a tutorial how to apply model from C and D code.
Tested locally on dynamic libraries (built from sources) on macOS, but the same principle should be applicable to different platforms/linking libraries types.
